68 Days

68 DAYS was formed by guitarist Ben Marvin and Cambridge-based Phil Watts.

Ben decided to relocate from Perth, (the Australian one) to Cambridge a couple of years ago, leaving behind sun, sand and sea for hallowed portals of education. This might seem a drastic relocation, but be reassured there was no higher reason in this than in the time-honoured tradition of musicians; lust. Although this attraction quickly faded, once in Cambridge Ben met vocalist and songwriter, Phil Watts.

Their musical tastes and influences collided and once virtually an album's worth of co-written songs emerged, they brought on board a drummer and a bass player Stuart and Midus and 68 DAYS was born.

68 Days now have various tracks ready to record and will be entering the studio in the next couple of weeks, to record their debut EP, which is due for release in September.

No strangers to the live arena 68 DAYS immerse you with an energy and passion. Phil Watts and Ben Marvin along with Midus - who has toured with the likes of Mel C and Stuart who has played with many world class acts call upon their collective stage experience to move mind and soul.

Their musicianship and songcraft has already caught the ear of Total Rock Radio where Ben and Phil have guested, playing some of their tracks acoustically to the delight of Total Rock.

The tracks draw on a wide range of eclectic influences and their tracks go from rocking quirkiness to subtle ballads.
